Update on Espresso - with Links and Biking

Many people have emailed me asking where they can get the frothers and coffee I spoke about in one of my last blogs.
The best deal I have found for Espresso
is here at Aroma Coffee Culture Cans of 8.8 oz lavazza blue as low as 3.15 a can.. and their shipping is not a rip off either.

Frothers are all the rage these days.. I went to Ikea the other day and found the simple battery whipper type at 1.99 each.. That is the best deal for those I have seen.

Fantes.com is the place I got all mine. They have something new. For those of you who have a pod espresso machine but only ground espresso.. This gadget is really something cool. put your ground espresso in there.. and you have easy to use premeasured home made coffee pods. Personally I think it would be better to have rolling device like the cigarette rollers and pod filter where you could pack your own pod.. (but then I an dreaming ) This thing is the next best thing.

Biking Its taken off for me.. Since that first day. I have found that I can bike in 3x a week. Had to buy a few more of those necessaries like a good messenger bag... to pack work clothes in, and bike shoes which latch onto the pedals, had my first flat now I carry a spare tube. Its my plan to bike all summer, and as long as I can into the fall. Its fun. not all that much traffic at 6:00 am.
