Czech Rum ! I Found it
On my recent trip to Prague, I stumbled across the fact ? that Czech Rum (or as they know it local rum) had a sweet flavor, which I had not taste anything like from any other rums ever..
Then I learned that Czech rum is the only rum made from Sugar beets and not cane sugar... And that might account for the flavor difference.
