Hello friends and family
Some of you might know that I have started new venture while currently employed full time.
My new business is one of buying, selling and renting real estate. My new company is named 1am Properties. This name really means nothing, its just a name and I plan to incorporate within the next 60 days.
The reason for this email to everyone today is to just acquire opinions about the website layout - or style of my new web site. I have already gone thought viewing hundreds of sites and go the list down to just a few finalists.
Not feeling all that creative today I thought I could ask your assistance in helping me select the best one.
I don't know yet why a web site. It might just be for my ego or if I intend to sell this business some day or why. My Current Web site http://www.1amsoftware.com has got me some good exposure which would have been impossible without it. If any of you have seen the movie Happenstance, you would know what I was talking about. I just feel that because its a profitable venture and the numbers of hours I have put into it to make myself a nice income from 1am properties I just thought I would show it off.
Its going to have things on it, like :
Where is St George ?
Why St George ?
Pictures of golfing In St George.
Maybe a map showing it proximity to Las Vegas (the fastest growing city in the United States.)
Some little known facts about St George, like they do have a starbucks
Include some pictures of the area and a few of my properties. Links to people I do business with (Real Estate Agents, Loan Brokers, Local Papers.)
Who knows maybe there will be a 1am Enterprises some day, which will encompass Software consulting, building construction, Real Estate Services, Travel Log Writing and of course a Restaurant Review Service.
